Successful Hiring Practices

At BriteWorks, Inc., we pre-screen and train our janitorial cleaning staff. We make sure our cleaning technicians are fully equipped, skilled and prepared to provide excellent services that guarantees client satisfaction.

Pre-screening: Prior to hiring and training, all janitorial staff are pre-screened, drug tested and background checked.

Staff areas of Training: Our janitorial staff is meticulously trained in how to meet and exceed client expectation in the following areas:

  • Proper handling and use of cleaning chemicals

  • Effective cleaning and disinfection techniques

  • Understanding different surfaces and appropriate cleaning methods for each

  • Time management and efficient workflow to maximize productivity

  • Proper waste disposal procedures

General Cleaning Training: Dusting, disinfecting, deodorizing, stain removal, degreasing, glass film removal, grout cleaning, stainless steel and aluminum cleaning, carpet cleaning techniques, surface abrasion and scratch prevention.

Green Cleaning Training: Our cleaning crews are trained to use eco-friendly, toxin-free cleaning products.

On-Site Client Response Training: Trained to exceed client expectations by providing a prompt, polite and professional response when responding to client on-site emergency requests.

Total Quality Management (TQM): Our quality control team conducts regular site inspections and reports the results to our operations manager.

Meet The President & CEO

Anita G. Ron

BriteWorks, Inc., is a minority, woman owned corporation, founded by Anita Ron in 1996.

In conjunction with her service management skills and her Bachelor of Arts Degree she obtained from the University of La Verne California, Anita Ron opened BriteWorks, Inc. "The cleaning needs of businesses were being ignored. I knew the need to eliminate the janitorial headaches encountered in the business world was a demand and BriteWorks, Inc., took advantage of that opportunity." Ron is the driving force behind the company's commitment to customer service. Ron inspires the company's unique culture by promoting core values that focus on taking care of her employees and in return taking care of the customer.
